Rhum JM Jardin Fruité

This aged rum, made from fresh sugarcane juice and column distilled at the Fonds-Préville estate, is matured for two to three years in ex-bourbon oak casks, some of which are lightly re-charred. The moderate toasting aims to retain the distillate’s freshness while encouraging the development of its distinctive fruity notes. The aromatic profile features ripe pear, mango and white melon, lifted by floral and honeyed touches. On the palate, the fruit remains central, with a supple texture and balanced persistence between sweetness and delicate spice. This rum reflects an approach focused on aromatic clarity and fruit-driven elegance.
