Bas-Armagnac Peuchet 15 year old
Cachet Noir
The Cachet Noir 15 ans offers a rich aromatic palette of overripe fruits (apricots, sultanas). The Bas-Armagnacs of the Peuchet house are traditionally distilled in stills with trays and at low degrees. They are made from a blend of Ugni blanc grapes, for the fruit, Baco 22A for the structure and Folle blanche for the finesse. They are aged in Gascony oak barrels of different grains. The youngest eaux de vie are stored in dry cellars for vivacity, the oldest eaux de vie benefit from the atmosphere of the wet cellars for roundness and elegance.
