Rhum JM VSOP

Column distilled from sugarcane juice grown on the volcanic slopes of Montagne Pelée, this Martinique AOC agricole rum is matured for four years in oak barrels, either new or ex-bourbon. The casks are subject to varied and controlled charring, allowing a gradual development of aromatic complexity. The nose reveals exotic fruits, vanilla pod and lightly toasted wood. On the palate, the balance of fruit-driven roundness, oaky structure and spicy tension defines its character. The golden hue reflects oxidation during cask ageing and the progressive integration of aromas imparted by the wood.
