Like Neo facing Morpheus, Alice facing the rabbit hole, Indiana Jones at the bottom of the abyss, Kaveh Zamanian chose the difficult option. Trained as a psychologist, he decided one day to leave everything behind and set up his own Bourbon distillery: Rabbit Hole. Why did he do this? Because it was impossible to do otherwise. His passion and desire were too strong. Why the name? Because, alone with himself, this whisky enthusiast followed the white rabbit. A leap into the void that led him straight to his destiny.
This story is, as always, a love story. Kaveh instantly fell in love with Bourbon at the same time as he met the woman who would become his wife and muse, Heather, a native of Louisville, Kentucky. Fascinated by the spirit, he immersed himself in books and work to find the best way to make "his" Bourbon. And he wasn't satisfied with what he found: a handful of distilleries, well-established brands, a standardized style.

In this sense, Rabbit Hole is also a profoundly American story. It's the story of a man who, refusing to follow the beaten track, pursues his dream at all costs and pushes his limits, building his own distillery, developing his own unique recipes, forging his own style. Rekindling the flame of the pioneers, he now offers a range of original Bourbons, reviving the creativity of pre-Prohibition distillers.
