Crafted at the Miyagikyo Distillery since 1969, this Single Malt embodies the delicate and refined spirit of the Miyagi Valley. Made from a mix of lightly peated and unpeated malted barley, and distilled in pot stills heated by indirect steam, Miyagikyo offers a smooth, fruity profile with signature elegance. This no-age-statement release, introduced in 2016, highlights complex, estery notes derived from carefully selected yeasts and enhanced by distinctive Sherry cask influence. The result is a Japanese whisky with a silky mouthfeel and a balanced, graceful depth that reflects the artistry of Japanese distilling.
