Waterford Cuvée Koffi

Assembled from twenty-four Single Farm Origins, Cuvée Koffi embodies Waterford’s most comprehensive expression of its terroir-centred philosophy. Each constituent malt is distilled separately from barley grown on a distinct Irish farm, then matured in a range of casks including ex-bourbon, French wine, virgin oak and fortified wine casks. The result is a whisky of significant aromatic depth and structural complexity. On the nose, a broad array unfolds: white pepper, grated lemon peel, smoked tea leaves, dry herbs, cola and sherbet powder. The palate is rich and layered, with notes of anise, blond tobacco, summer fruits and biscuit. A creamy texture supports the precise unfolding of flavours. The finish is long and focused, extending spicy and fruity impressions with clarity. Cuvée Koffi stands as Waterford’s fullest synthesis of its analytical and agricultural ethos.
