Composed of four casks of Trade Mark X finished for an additional year in Oloroso sherry casks, alongside a traditional refill cask to maintain balance, this blend showcases intensity, precision and layered character. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, it reveals amplified flavours of red fruit preserves, leather, roasted nuts, soft spice and gentle peat. The nose unfolds aromas of dried apricot, gingerbread and resin, evolving towards dark cocoa and ripe fig. The palate displays rich concentration, structured around a robust cereal base, stewed fruits and warm oak notes. The finish is long and defined, with nuances of green coffee, dried fruits and earthy smoke. Limited to 1,800 bottles worldwide, Trade Mark X 100 Proof offers a refined interpretation of traditional blending, rooted in historical methods and cask-driven maturation.
