Clément X.O.

Clément X.O. is an aged agricole rum matured for six years in oak casks. Produced from pure sugarcane juice distilled in a column still, it is primarily aged in ex-bourbon barrels, complemented by new American oak casks. This dual cask approach contributes to a complex and harmonious aromatic profile. The nose displays notes of dried fruits, dates, Agen prunes and cinnamon. On the palate, its rich and supple texture carries flavours of candied fruit and mild spices, leading to an elegant, persistent finish. This agricole rum, bearing the Martinique AOC, continues the tradition of long-aged rums crafted at Habitation Clément, a historic producer and pioneer of aged rum on the island.
