Composed of agricole rums aged for a minimum of four years in new French oak barrels, this expression highlights the influence of virgin wood on the distillate. The casks, heavily charred on site, develop a rich aromatic concentration focused on roasted, resinous and smoky notes. The nose reveals burnt wood, resin, roasted coffee, clove and dry vanilla. The palate is notably dense, with a robust structure and a finish defined by pronounced oak intensity. This deliberately assertive profile showcases the impact of exclusive ageing in new wood.
