Bobby’s Gin

The result of two years of research based on a traditional family recipe, Bobby’s Gin offers a modern interpretation of Dutch-style gin enriched with Indonesian spices. Each botanical is distilled separately before blending, ensuring a faithful extraction of its aromatic characteristics. The core is built around juniper, coriander, fennel and rosehip, enriched with lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon and cubeb pepper. The aromatic composition develops from herbal to floral, with a nose dominated by lemon zest, lemongrass and a fresh menthol quality. The palate opens with a vibrant citrus attack, moving into a rounder mid-palate where soft spices and a touch of oiliness emerge. The cubeb pepper delivers a dry and focused persistence, leaving a structured and taut finish.
