Crafted from Bere barley grown at High Ranachan Farm, this single malt exemplifies Springbank’s artisanal spirit and “grain to glass” philosophy. Fully produced on-site using traditional methods, the 2025 release has been aged for eight years in an equal mix of bourbon and sherry casks. The nose opens with bold aromas of cracked black pepper, cigar box and a herbal hint of sage. On the palate, rich notes of shortbread and salted caramel emerge, underpinned by a fresh basil nuance. The finish is long and indulgent, with soft waves of toffee lingering gracefully. Naturally limited, this edition showcases the distillery’s unwavering commitment to provenance and to capturing the authentic essence of Campbeltown’s historic landscape.
