Jura Islanders’ Expressions No. 01

This single malt is the result of a collaboration with Jura-born jeweller Amy Dunnachie, offering a tribute to shared island heritage. Matured in ex-rum casks from Barbados, it unfolds a vibrant and exotic aromatic profile. The nose reveals ripe tropical fruits, citrus, coconut and natural vanilla, complemented by hints of crystallised ginger and fresh brioche. On the palate, vanilla meets grilled peaches and syruped bananas. The finish lingers on spicy mango, papaya and ripe passion fruit. A richly expressive whisky shaped by the artisanal heritage of two islands.
