The Distillery
The Woodford Reserve distillery, listed as a historical monument in the United States, was founded in 1812. Its bourbon recipe has remained unchanged since then (72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malted barley), which does not stop it from producing other types of whiskeys. The specificity of this distillery is the use of pot stills in addition to column stills.
