Benriach stands out in the Speyside region, experimenting with a large number of different casks and regularly producing unique peated versions for several decades. A passage in ex-sweet Italian wine casks brings to this unpeated version a richly fruity and spicy character, particularly wintery. A wonderful English pudding crowned with candied exotic fruits.
