Bristol Classic Rum takes its first dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Fiji Islands with this spirit distilled in the column stills of an undisclosed distillery (but one rich in history and esteemed by connoisseurs). This rum boasts a powerful nose of very ripe tropical fruits while offering more flexibility than its Jamaican counterparts of similar stature. Atypical but very enjoyable.
