True to the tradition of Lowland whiskies, rather supple and light, this distillery located in Glasgow still practices triple distillation. Its hard-to-pronounce name means "at the corner of the fields" in Gaelic. The result is fresh malts, with a swell of citrus and herby notes. Depending on the finishing in the maturation process, the whiskies produced boast quite distinctive flavours. Unusually, the cooling water used during distillation comes from a crater caused by German bombing in 1941.
