Powerful, rich in esters, its very imposing structure evokes that of a whisky. Initially very closed, it suddenly opens up after a long aeration (almost 3 days) to offer all the characteristic richness of rums from this region. Particularly vibrant on candied alcohol-soaked fruits, it's a rum for discerning enthusiasts.
