Without a doubt one of the most beautiful rums in the Bristol range. A finishing in Oloroso sherry casks was needed to master the full power of this Port Morant. The nose is marked by aromatic herbs (sage), the palate is ideally coating and candied, offering heady aromas of gentian, cherry pits (amaretto), angelica, orange marmalade, and Corinthian raisins. The length is unquenchable. A great spirit.
