The Distillery
The Knockdhu distillery was rather exclusive and became famous only after its purchase by Inver House in 1988 and the release of its first Single Malt: AnCnoc. An exception in Scotch whisky: the malt produced does not bear the name of the distillery, considered to be too similar to the name Knockando. Over the years, its range has grown, offering dry and elegant whiskies, vintage versions and peated whiskies.
