Fresh, clear, and vibrant, the single malt produced by this Highland distillery is often strongly characterized by precise and sparkling fruity aromas alongside a pronounced herbal character (green grass, sweet grass, coumarin). This 11-year-old expression by Orcines is no exception: the nose is dominated by cereal, polished wood, and notes of freshly cut grass; the palate is incredibly fresh, herbaceous, accented by hints of angelica, lemongrass, and melon.
