A blend of eight carefully selected botanicals – three of which are hand-picked in the wild – lends remarkable complexity. Juniper merges with blueberry sweetness, bright citrus zest, gentle alpine herbs like génépi, and a delicate spicy edge. Its crystal-clear appearance reveals an aromatic, herbaceous nose. The palate is refined and fresh, unfolding floral notes, silky citrus and subtle spice. The lingering finish carries whispers of wild herbs and citrus oil. Bottled at 43.6%, this small-batch gin captures the spirit of a landscape, a friendship and a meticulous, low-impact approach to distilling.
