Gin Juillet is distilled in an exceptionally small still, dating back to the 1800s. It is crafted using organic French wheat alcohol, and the "botanicals" are directly macerated in the still, following the "London Gin" method. The recipe draws its inspiration and adaptation from Guillaume Ferroni's collection of ancient works. In addition to a bouquet of classic botanicals, with an emphasis on fresh notes, the still also receives a "basket" of fresh fruits from Provence (apricot and white peach), typical of the month of July.
