Osmoz Gin

Distilled from grapes, Osmoz Classic reflects the distillery’s Charentais heritage. This expression highlights juniper berries supported by a complex aromatic structure centred on coriander, linden, apricot and clove. The nose opens with balsamic notes reminiscent of fir buds, followed by vegetal and resinous undertones. The profile develops into fresh citrus, stone fruits and gentle spice. The palate is supple and balanced, extending the juniper character with hints of cucumber, undergrowth and nutmeg. The finish is persistent, showing lime zest and a subtle vegetal bitterness.
