Adriatico Amaretto Bianco

Adriatico Bianco is a white almond liqueur made from crushed Filippo Cea almonds grown in Apulia, selected for their distinctive flavour properties. Unlike the roasted version, this expression uses unroasted almonds that are macerated and combined with natural almond extract. This process creates a smooth, milk-like texture, free from lactose, with a characteristic silky mouthfeel. The aromatic profile is centred on fresh almond, raw marzipan, soft vanilla and subtle floral notes, with a light, ethereal structure. Its pale colour is naturally derived from the infusion of almonds, without artificial additives. With significantly reduced sweetness compared to traditional amaretto, Adriatico Bianco is noted for its restrained aromatic balance, natural composition and Vegan OK certification. Bottled at 16% ABV, this expression offers a delicate sensory register focused on vegetal softness and the clarity of its raw ingredients.
