Angostura 1824 12 year old

Angostura 1824 is a traditional Trinidadian rum crafted from hand-selected rums aged for a minimum of 12 years in heavily charred American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Following maturation, the rums are blended by hand and recasked to ensure full integration. This meticulous process results in a smooth, well-structured spirit. The nose reveals a rich array of molasses, cocoa, tropical fruit and toffee. On the palate, the medium body unfolds with notes of dark chocolate, candied orange, sweet spices and ripe fruit. The long finish imparts warmth and aromatic depth. This rum is a refined expression of Angostura’s legacy since its foundation in 1824.
