Bas-Armagnac Peuchet V.S.O.P.
Cachet Noir
Cachet Noir VSOP (minimum aging of 10 years) offers a balanced aromatic palette, with fruity, floral, woody, and spicy notes. The Bas-Armagnacs from the Peuchet house benefit from traditional distillation on a plate and at low degrees. They are a blend of Ugni blanc for fruitiness, Baco 22A for structure, and Folle blanche for finesse. Aging occurs in Gascony oak barrels of different grains. The youngest eaux-de-vie are stored in dry cellars for vivacity, while the older ones benefit from the atmosphere of humid cellars for roundness and elegance.
