This deep mahogany single malt opens with aromas of candied citrus, caramel latte and ripe banana, lifted by a hint of zest. The palate reveals a rich and enveloping texture, unfolding flavours of maple syrup, coffee and a touch of spiced wine. The long finish lingers on vanilla and soft oak notes. Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky is enhanced by a meticulous finish in hand-selected Spanish sherry casks.
