Milk & Honey Apex Dead Sea stands out due to its maturation in small batches at the lowest point on Earth, the Dead Sea. This extreme aging at temperatures reaching 50°C imparts intense and profound characteristics to the whisky. The nose reveals notes of French vanilla and mocha, enriched with hints of cigar box and a refreshing touch of mint. On the palate, it begins with gentle black tea notes, followed by a wave of warm spices, dark cocoa, and a subtle hint of white pepper. The finish is long and satisfying, featuring flavours of candied ginger, cloves, and a delicate trace of sea salt.
