The Distillery

The Spots range is produced by the Mitchells, a family who has run the business for seven generations. Since the 1800s, the whiskeys have been aged in casks under the busy streets of Dublin, in a network of underground cellars. They are traditionally marked with a spot of paint to identify them and indicate their ageing potential.
