Nikka Days

Nikka Days is a blended whisky combining predominantly Miyagikyo single malts with Coffey-distilled grain whisky. The blend focuses on balancing fruitiness, smoothness and delicacy. A variety of casks, including re-charred American oak, shape a bright and approachable aromatic profile. The nose opens with juicy pear, candied lemon, white flowers and fresh cereal, followed by a hint of vanilla cream. The palate is soft and linear, with yellow apple, sweet malt, light honey and hazelnut, accompanied by a subtle floral touch. The finish is moderately persistent, with a faint smoky note and hints of brown sugar and soft almond. Nikka Days embodies a refined blending approach, highlighting aromatic clarity and structural fluidity.
