Founded in 1898 by the Dewar family, the Aberfeldy distillery is located in a valley at the foot of the Scottish Highlands, in the village of Aberfeldy. Their whiskies have distinct characters with rare honeyed notes brought by longer fermentations and high-quality oak casks. Aberfeldy 18-Year-Old Tuscan Cask features notes of cherry, frangipane, vanilla, green pepper, gentle oak, and lime. On the palate, more fruits and almonds blend with Aberfeldy's honeyed and citrusy notes, creating a complex and deeply satisfying drink.

The Distillery
Built in 1896 on the site of the old Pitilie distillery, Aberfeldy produces initiation single malts in typical Central Highlands style, which lie at the heart of the famous Dewar's blends. The distillery has been part of the Bacardi-Martini group since 1998.
