Cognac Delamain Pléiade Malaville

For two centuries, the house of Delamain has been crafting exceptional cognacs with art and patience, exclusively from the Grande Champagne region. To achieve this level of excellence, the company has mastered an essential ingredient: time. A meticulous selection of brandies, exclusively from Grande Champagne, Premier Cru de Cognac, is carried out by Dominique Touteau, the cellar master. In order to preserve their original refinement, the brandies are placed in red French oak barrels which promote a gentle and supple maturation. Each blend is a unique composition, combining different cognacs to create a specific aromatic profile. The use of "faibles", those weakened cognacs, produces a slow reduction so as not to upset the balance of these brandies. As an expert in old cognacs, the house only produces XO cognacs combining elegance, purity and refinement.
