Unveiling a nose of white fruits (pear) and vanilla, slightly lemony and marked by cereal, it evolves with aeration towards a rich touch of dried fig. Its structure, quite prominent for its young age, gives it a nice presence on the palate, which confirms the aromas of the nose, pleasantly enhanced by a hint of salinity.
