Organised in partnership with The Whisky Lodge, this unique event will take place on Thursday, 21st November, at 7pm, in the intimate and elegant setting of L’Antiquaire, one of Lyon’s most iconic cocktail bars.

Renowned globally for its artistry in distillation and exceptional whiskies, The Macallan has stood as a cornerstone of single malt excellence since 1824. This special evening offers a rare opportunity to explore eight carefully selected expressions, showcasing the brand’s history and unparalleled expertise. Guests will savour 2cl each of Macallan Double Cask 12yo, 15yo, and 18yo, Macallan Sherry Oak 12yo and 18yo, Macallan Concept 1, Macallan Edition No 2, and an exclusive, surprise release revealed on the night.

With its timeless charm of polished wood, leather seating, and ambient lighting, L’Antiquaire provides the perfect setting for this remarkable occasion. Inspired by 1950s New York cocktail bars, this sophisticated haven, helmed by Marc Bonneton, is celebrated for its hospitality and devotion to fine spirits.

Led by Anaïs Teulier, The Macallan’s French ambassador, the evening promises a sensory journey through the nuances and stories that define these exceptional whiskies. A gourmet platter will accompany the tasting, enhancing each note and unveiling the depth of these remarkable creations.
