Torabhaig Cnoc Na Moine, the third chapter in the Legacy series, is a five-year-old whisky aged in Bourbon and Sherry casks, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez. The Sherry casks in this release impart a sweeter, richer flavour and a darker hue. Bottled at 46% ABV, with no chill-filtration or colouring, it presents light peat smoke notes, with hints of orange peel, tangy fruit, and dying embers. There's also a vanilla sweetness and woody spices.
