Rhum Ferroni Ambre: A creation by Guillaume Ferroni, paying tribute to the 19th-century Marseillais style. This unique blend comes from three distinct origins: Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (also molasses), and the island of Mauritius (agricole). Meticulously selected in their original distilleries by Guillaume Ferroni, these rums are then imported and harmonized at Château des Creissauds. It's here that they age for 12 months in Cognac casks, followed by an additional 6 months of maturation in VDN Rasteau casks, thus giving Ferroni Ambre its subtly rosé hue, a distinctive visual signature of its unique character.
