The Distillery
Unveiled in September 2021, Anaë is the first French organic gin distilled by hand and bottled in the Charente region. It is one of the few gins made from grapes. Launched in the form of an intra-company, managed by Pauline Raffaitin, with the help of Dominique Touteau, Cellar Master of Delamain Cognacs, Anaë gin plays the card of transparency with demanding specifications between selection of French ingredients and local production. A framework that is part of a search for excellence and authenticity´.
